1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the PURION Robotics A.Ş. ("PURION") website at purion.ai (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site. PURION reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to: • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, national or international laws or regulations. • Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material. • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, the server on which the Site is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to the Site. • Attack the Site via a denial-of-service attack or distributed denial-of-service attack. • Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other malicious or technologically harmful material. • Use automated tools (scrapers, bots, crawlers) to extract data from the Site without prior written consent.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the exclusive property of PURION or its content suppliers and is protected by Turkish and international intellectual property laws. You may view, download and print pages from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided that you retain all copyright and proprietary notices. No content may be reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, republished, displayed or performed for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. "PURION", "PURION Robotics", product names (P30, P40, P50, P80 PRO, OUTRIDER X, D1, D2, T1, T100) and associated logos are trademarks of PURION Robotics A.Ş. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
4. Product Information
Product specifications, pricing, availability and other information on the Site are subject to change without notice. PURION makes reasonable efforts to ensure product information is accurate, but does not warrant that all descriptions, images and other content are error-free, complete or current. Product availability may vary by region.
5. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. PURION has no control over the content of third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. Inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by PURION.
6. Disclaimers
The Site and all information, content, materials and services on it are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. PURION does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PURION shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising from: • Your use of or inability to use the Site. • Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data. • Any content obtained from the Site. • Any other matter relating to the Site. In no event shall PURION's total liability exceed the amount paid by you to PURION in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or TRY 1,000 (one thousand Turkish Lira), whichever is greater.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless PURION and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of İstanbul (Çağlayan), Türkiye.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
