SUSTAINABILITY

Less Waste
More World

Every PURION robot is engineered to leave less — less energy consumed, less chemical waste generated, less carbon emitted. Autonomous operation is not just efficient for business; it is better for the planet.

How we build clean.

01

Zero-Chemical Cleaning

Our dry-clean platforms (P30, P40) rely entirely on mechanical action — HEPA filtration, high-speed brush agitation, and precision suction — with no liquid detergents required. Where water is used (P50, P80 Pro), on-board dosing systems deliver the minimum effective concentration, reducing chemical load by up to 80% compared to manual mopping.

02

Energy-Intelligent Operation

SLAM-optimised cleaning paths eliminate redundant passes, cutting per-task runtime by up to 30%. Smart charging schedules robots during off-peak electricity hours. Deep-sleep modes draw under 2 W between missions. The result: less energy consumed per square metre cleaned than any human-operated alternative.

03

Long-Life Hardware

We use lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery chemistry rated to 2,000 full cycles — three times the lifespan of standard lithium-ion packs. Chassis components are designed for field replacement without specialised tools, extending product life beyond five years. Less hardware disposed, less mining required.

04

Local Manufacturing

PURION robots are designed and assembled in Ankara, Turkey. Localised production shortens the supply chain by thousands of kilometres, reduces freight emissions, and supports the regional economy. Supplier qualification includes an environmental compliance audit.

05

Autonomous Route Efficiency

Fleet Intelligence dynamically assigns robots to zones based on occupancy sensors, cleaning history, and traffic patterns. Routes are recalculated in real time to avoid occupied areas — reducing total travel distance per shift and maximising coverage per kWh consumed.

06

Circular Consumables

Replacement brushes, filters, and pads are packaged in recycled and recyclable materials. A take-back programme accepts spent HEPA filters and brush assemblies for responsible disposal. Extended-life variants of consumables are available to further reduce replacement frequency.
